A BRAVE SPACE TO BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF

Regardless of what you’re experiencing now or faced in the past, this is a safe, nonjudgmental place for you to explore and process what you’re feeling

It can be difficult to find a therapist who understands you and provides you with the space to be your true self. Sharing your innermost thoughts, fears, and dreams in therapy can be scary, which is why you deserve a therapist who values the diversity and breadth of what it means to be human.

I believe that we cannot be reduced to a single label or identity. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I value and validate your experience as a whole. Whether what you want to explore in therapy is related to being LGBTQIA+ or not, you will receive compassionate counseling care in a judgment-free space.
